What can you say? Not quite the F4 that was forecast but I'd made the trip down there - bugger-all wind, lots of folk, sun shining...

I had to do it - not sailed since Jan 1 - so out with the barge & the 9.4m: Actually managaed to get planing for about 15 mins & was even feeling slightly overpowered and one point. Then the wind turned off - game over.

Interesting how heavy these huge sails are when you have to carry them all the way back up the beach with no wind to help!.
